The RITCH to RITCHLY PRINCIPLES that have become our lived values - A number of years ago I was lucky to work for an organisation that had adopted RITCH principles. This guided its day to day activities. It was the happiest of places to spend your day and one of the most successful companies I have ever worked for. RITCH was taught throughout the induction period, shared with customers daily and guided all relationships, decisions and daily activities; including those outside of the day to day business.

I felt honoured to have worked for such an organisation that literally ‘lived’ RITCH and whilst a subtle influence throughout the business day, it flowed from the CEO down and inspired and motivated every new employee. Its durability was tested during times of conflict, disputes or misunderstandings and it always passed the test. As Respite Now grows, I look forward to teaching, sharing and living these same principles and keep the RITCH tradition alive. On behalf of the Respite Now team, I share this with every customer we have the honour of serving and with each and every member of our team and all individuals and teams we are lucky to work with.
